PETA Censures Obama Over Fly Swatting on Live TV

Can a U.S. President be censured for swatting an annoying fly in front of live television? Anyone but the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) can take this matter sitting down.

PETA has issued a statement that Obama “isn’t the Buddha, he’s a human being, and human beings have a long way to go before they think before they act.” For his actions shown during the CNBC interview last Tuesday, PETA sent President Obama a “humane” fly trapper that can “ethically” trap a fly then release it outside without harming it. A PETA spokesperson raised that we now could not definitely say that “Obama wouldn’t hurt a fly”, because he did. Below is a video of the controversial fly swatting of President Obama:
